The South-Central Independent Rental Owners Association was founded in 2007 by a group of local property owners. SIROA is a membership organization dedicated to Simplifying the Property Rental Business.

SIROA was developed to foster communication between them in order to provide a better housing experience for residents.

We emphasize education of the members to ensure compliance with state, local and federal housing laws. We also promote communication community and government agencies to help reduce crime and ensure property compliance.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Working with various community groups over the years, we have become familiar with various resources that are needed for these families and places that provide such resources as needed.

The area where we find the most difficulty is in the area of Consumables. That is why we have decided to work within our own resources to build an Outreach Program to provide such things to the people who need it.

We have compiled a list of things we have seen that are needed from donors.

If you donate anything, we will always give you a receipt so you can write it off on your taxes.

We really think this will be an excellent thing for us to do for those that honestly need assistance.

If you have things that need to be picked up, feel free to call. You may also bring them to SIROA meetings. This is something we will be doing ALL the TIME – not just at Christmas. Thank you so much in advance!!!
